Bert Cesar started his career as management consultant, analysist and principal with Mercer Management Consulting based in Paris before transferring to Asia in 1996 (Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong).
From 2004 to 2016, he was the Executive Director of the Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce and organised major events with leading hotels in Bangkok experiencing food waste first hand.
Bert Cesar combines analytical skills and people skills with an in-depth understanding of management issues facing the hospitality and other industries.
Since 2016, Bert is an independent consultant focusing on food waste reduction initiatives as well as organization diagnostics and change management.
Christophe Lephilibert started his career working for L'Oréal and LVMH, where he held various marketing & business management positions within marketing, learning to master branding & communication. He later joined Nokia as global launch marketing manager, commuting between Copenhagen and Singapore, before moving on to various global strategy, portfolio management and business development positions. After an assignment as CMO for Georg Jensen, the leading Danish luxury lifestyle brand, he decided to pursue a start-up path, working in marketing and business development for a number of up-and-coming tech ventures such as falcon.io, Advansolar and lately MobileLife, Danske Bank's fintech innovation hub.
Karine Pennetier has over 15 years of experience in finance for global listed companies across different industries in Europe and in Asia. She brings in her energy, hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving and analytical skills to advise LightBlue at a strategic level. She will further support the company in its path to profitable growth and ongoing customer satisfaction.
