In summary, the newsletter highlighted grants from TCEB and results achieved in 7 hotels within 5 months of training: 155 tons of food waste reduction along with 382 tons of CO2 and 19 million baht were saved. Moreover, the success story of JW Marriott Phuket Resort was given as an example: they reduce 32% of food waste per cover, as well as 12% the cost per cover.
