LightBlue at SHA-NEA 3R Seminar in Singapore

LightBlue MD Benjamin Lephilibert with Margaret Heng, Director of Singapore Hotel Association Singapore - LightBlue is pleased to be exhibiting in SHA-NEA 3R Seminar on Monday 24th October, 2016. The event was co-organisd by Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) and the National Environmental Agency (NEA). The Seminar was from 1.45 pm to 5.10pm at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, Atrium Suites 1 & 2. The annual SHA-NEA 3R seminar is targeted at Chief Engineers, Executive Housekeepers and other Head-of-Departments spearheading the hotel's initiatives to minimise solid waste. There were over 70 hotel representatives in attendance. Under the ambit of the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) Program for hotels, the objective of the 3R Seminar for Hotels is to encourage the sharing and learning of the best 3R practices applicable for hotels.
LightBlue was there to present our recommendations for a zero-waste Singapore. See our presentation here. The event was a success. We are also pleased to see Forum for the future using our statistics in a presentation by Gwyneth Fries, Senior Sustainability Advisor.
